About

That was it. A key has been turned. Time... space... it will all soon have no meaning. No coherence. My barriers are falling. The End is coming...
(Paradoxium Returns #2: Wink)
Five years ago, there was a war for existence itself. The aggressors: a race of shadows gathered under the name of Shadow Void. The defenders: an organization whose members were comprised solely of the highly powerful Paradoxians, individuals able to summon powerful orbs with a wide range of effects. These members of Paradoxium teamed up with the local Andromedian Alliance to defeat Shadow Void at a final battle - and they won, with barely a moment to spare, while still erasing the existence of the race of shadows.

In the year 3030, it is a glorious time for the alien race known as the Otroid; space travel is becoming commonplace, with colonization beginning to start on moons and permanent-residence space stations. Each year, a blue spark appears in the sky for a short period of time, and disappears at the end of that period. The spark radiates energy, and occasionally releases small bursts, varying in power. Two Otroid - a science major named Tegra Uilian and an art major named Rackat Thurm - begin to research the spark after a series of growing bursts. As they approach the spark to get some up-close research, however, the spark novas, removing the planet from both time and space entirely.

Why then do the two Otroid still exist, appearing on separate alien planets? And why have agents of Shadow Void been seen around the Andromeda galaxy?

Paradoxium Returns is the first part of a massive science-fiction/fantasy hybrid series which the author has been developing for 7 years, since September of 2005. The comic is updated about every two weeks, depending on Howard Drammond's schedule. College is busy work.
